Past Baseball Team
In 1980, Ken Hays formed the first Astros team when the Awful Angels team disbanded after a coach left. Ken took some of the players that he had from the year before and combined them into what then became the Wichita Astros. From 1980 to 1987, the Astros took home 3 Westurban Baseball Championships, as well as one Double AA State NBC Title.
